What can you tell me about Marvel Mystery Oil and Airplanes. I heard that Pilots, long ago, used this oil in there fuel to prevent freezing and to add upper end lubrication? If you know more about this, let me know by clicking Letters to the webmaster at the bottom of this page. If you know about Energy Release and airplanes --- let me know. This question about oils and aircraft lubes has sparked an idea in my little brain. With your information about aircraft lubes and oils in general, we can build a data base about the do's and don'ts with airplane oils and lubes. I've used a product called Energy Release in just about everything but I don't have data about aircraft use. I never used Slick 50 but I have used other Teflon products and they also worked great. I use Marvel Mystery oil in my car's fuel system from time to time and it seems to clean out the system better than any of these fuel system cleaners. |
