Photos and specs of the F-84 Thunderjet 's crowded on the carrier deck during the Korean war. The Republic F-84 Thunderjet was 38' 1" long, 12' 7" high and had a wingspan of 36' 6".  It used one Allison J35-A-13C jet engine producing a cruise speed of 485 mph and a max speed of 620 mph with a range of 1,485 miles.
