California to Stop Welfare Payments
The State of California, which is broke and in major debt, has announced that it will not pay State Income Tax refunds, Welfare, or other monies that are earmarked for the elderly effective Feb. 1

California's fiscal future lurched yet another step toward oblivion on Friday as state Controller John Chiang announced he could no longer make payments for services to disabled and blind people who need the money to pay for rent and food. Chiang said payments would most likely have to be stopped by Feb. 1.

Chiang said he had no choice but to stop making some $3.7 billion in payments in the absence of action by the governor and lawmakers to close the state’s nearly $42-billion budget deficit.

Folks, now is a good time to invest in beefing up your security systems, training an attack dog or buying a gun. This situation could get ugly very quickly. A bunch of entitled poor people who didn't get their welfare, that is not pretty!

The State will suspend tax refunds, welfare checks, student grants and other payments owed to Californians starting Feb. 1st.

A couple of nights ago I thought that I heard that on February 1st that California was going to stop all tax refunds, payments to students and welfare payments.

This is a very dangerous subject, the stopping of Welfare payments. The effects of this stoppage will have rippling effects throughout our country and Mexico too. A lot of this income goes to Mexico and they are already on the edge of total collapse.

When the money runs out, the food will also run out and the drug money will also be gone. I'm talking about the welfare people who are addicted to illegal drugs. When the food and drug money stops, these same people will be stealing their food and other items for their drug money. Crime will increase incredible to the point that there will be riots and then even possibly regional Civil Wars.

This stoppage of welfare money could also be the tipping point for the Mexican government. Their country could also fall because of this. But, when I think about it, it almost sounds like this is part of the plan. Pushing the worlds 8th largest economy into an economic and social disaster, will be the very excuse to put our troops on the streets and declare martial law.

The stopping of this money will cause a huge number of businesses that cater to the welfare population to fail also, pushing the unemployment rate to an all time high. Racial agitators will use this to claim that their races are being targeted and can throw this section into a race war also, which will also ripple throughout the United States.

When I hear that public officials use our tax money to pay ten thousand dollars for a speech, sixteen thousand dollars for flowers for the speech, fifty thousand dollars to have a famous artist paint the picture of the governors, hundreds of thousands of dollars for senators to redecorate their offices and millions on presidential election celebrations, not to mention huge retirement payments for young politicians, I hear a government that has no financial responsibility or sense.

There are so many ways to cut spending and to reduce our ever increasing deficit, and yet these politicians never think. Or do they? This is why this stoppage of payments has to be part of the plan to bring martial law into the country and to switch our currency to the Amero and to bring our government, as we know it, down, forming the North American Union. It's all happening and only the people who listen will know that it's going to happen. To the others this will come as a thief in the night.

I used to be an atheist and wanted it printed on my dog tags. Then one day, after spending so much time with my friends talking about how the Bible was just a story and full of mythical lies, I said to myself, "Maybe I should read the Bible first." From that day on, I realized that everything that the Bible says is the truth. There can be no denial that the Bible is so incredibly accurate that for it to be this accurate by chance would be like going an winning every lottery that a person ever played, every time.

The Bible is the truth and we are seeing the truth unfold today right before our very eyes. Listening to your teachings is bringing this to light even more and you are the news before the news.
