Ken Marlatt of El Dorado Hills discusses his own model aircraft collection at his home.  Ken is also a volunteer with the Aerospace Museum of California at the McCellan Air Park just north of Sacramento.  Look here for a list of Aviation Museums in the United States.  His collection has been shown in the news papers and also at the El Dorado Hills Library.   Ken thinks and talks about airplanes and has worked with them since he was fifteen years old as a plane washer.  Through the years Ken has built many airplanes, he had enough models and historical artifacts to fill the lobby display case at the county library in El Dorado Hills California.  Many of the young kids and their parents stopped to see his impressive display and it put a huge inspiration to the young kids on what they would like to do in their future.  See this Kids Program called Y-I-BET on the Youth of America for ways that you too can inspire your kids and teach them about technology and aviation.
